Pinot’s Palette, a venue that allows customers to pair guided painting lessons with various wines and other beverages, is one of SPARC Design’s many repeat clients retained through quality work and a commitment to relationships.
After the successful conversion of a golf pro shop in Boca Park, Pinot’s Palette again solicited the design services of SPARC to convert an existing convenience store at Town Square to its newest location.
This new, 2,537 s.f. location of the franchised art studio was located in a larger shell building and had to comply with the development standards required by Town Square.
The building program consisted of a reception area, a large, open studio space, a private, smaller studio space and a bar. The design team was also required to make modifications to the existing restrooms to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
SPARC coordinated with corporate design representatives to make sure the necessary branding elements, as well as specialty lighting required for demonstrations, were incorporated into the design. The stage, used to elevate the instructor above the rest of the room, was also designed specifically to meet franchise standards.
